Our Policy Regarding Refunds

Darr Services LLC sells digital products, templates, guides, courses, and related business resources.
Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be downloaded or accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Digital Products
For digital products, including the Flowing Funnels Starter Pack, refunds are not guaranteed once access has been granted or files have been delivered.
However, if you experience a technical access issue or receive the wrong product, please contact support at contact@darrservices.com and we will make a reasonable effort to correct the issue.
Exceptions
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis if:
- you were charged more than once for the same product
- you did not receive access due to a system error
- the product delivered was materially different from the product description
Non-Refundable Items
Unless otherwise stated, the following are non-refundable:
- downloadable digital products
- templates
- course access
- bonus materials
- delivered digital resources
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
